# Access ended

> What it means when your facility membership is removed or expires.

If you see **Facility access ended** or cannot sign in after previously having access, your membership at one or more facilities may have been deactivated.

## Common causes

| Cause | What happened |
| --------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Administrator removed you | Your `user_facilities` row was deactivated for that site |
| Handoff completed | A planned departure after task transfer |
| Facility deleted | All memberships at that facility ended |
| Time-limited access expired | Rare; consultant or temporary access passed its end date |

## You still have other facilities

If you belong to multiple facilities, you may only lose access to one. Switch facilities with the selector or sign in again — the app routes you to a remaining membership when possible.

## You have no facilities left

You are signed out and must contact an Administrator at the facility you need to rejoin. They must send a new [invitation](/getting-started/accept-invitation).

## Error message

> Your access to this facility has been revoked. Contact your administrator.

This confirms the revocation was intentional or followed an expiry policy — not a password typo.

## Not sure why?

Email **[support@imaracare.com](mailto:support@imaracare.com)** with your account email. Support can confirm whether any active memberships remain but cannot restore access without your facility Administrator.
