# Activity logs

> Facility-wide audit trail of user actions for compliance and security review.

**Activity logs** provide a read-only audit trail of actions across your facility.

## What is logged

Entries include creates, updates, deletes, logins, and logouts across entities such as residents, staff, incidents, inspections, violations, training, appointments, medications, and more.

Each row expands to show user, role used, IP or device info, and record labels.

## Search and filter

Search by keyword. Filter by action type and entity. Results load in pages of 50 for performance.

## Export

Managers and Administrators with export permission can download the full log as **CSV** for licensing surveys or internal review.
