# HHSC reports

> Generate, review, and manage HHSC reports from operational data.

**HHSC reports** help Managers produce state-required reports from data already in ImaraCare.

## Who can access

**Manager** and **Administrator** roles by default. Staff do not see this page unless an Administrator grants access in the permission matrix.

## Generate a report

    Go to **Compliance → HHSC reports**.

  <Step title="Create or select period">
    Choose the reporting period and report type your facility needs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review metrics">
    The system pulls resident, staffing, and incident metrics from your facility data. Review for accuracy before finalizing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit or export">
    Follow your facility's workflow to submit to HHSC or export PDF copies for records.
  </Step>

## Review workflow

Some reports support a review step before finalization. Open a pending report from the list to approve or return for correction.

## Audit trail

Report generation and status changes are logged for accountability.
