# Compliance overview

> Compliance scores, critical alerts, permit countdowns, and inspection calendar.

The **Compliance** hub overview shows how inspection-ready your facility is today.

## Compliance scores

Gauges summarize categories such as:

* Facility permits
* Staff certifications

Scores update from documents and credentials you maintain in the app.

## Critical alerts

The alert panel lists items that need immediate attention — expired permits, overdue checklists, or failed background checks. Click an alert to jump to the fix.

## Permit renewal timeline

Start renewal **60 days** before permit expiry. ImaraCare sends email reminders at **60, 30, and 7** days when configured.

## Inspection calendar

View upcoming and past inspections. Link inspection records from **Inspections management**.

## Annual permit renewal (HHSC)

For Texas annual renewal:

1. Open the compliance checklist for annual renewal
2. Complete required fields (facility details pre-fill where possible)
3. Generate and submit through your HHSC workflow
