# Report center

> Export CSV reports and PDF detail sheets across residents, compliance, staff, and admin data.

The **Report center** is a single catalog for facility exports — residents, incidents, compliance, staff, and administrative data.

## CSV exports

One-click downloads include:

* Resident directory
* Incidents, inspections, and violations
* Staff directory, trainings, certifications, and background checks
* Attendance and activity logs

## PDF detail sheets

Generate **A4 PDF** detail sheets for a single incident or inspection when you enter the record ID.

## Permissions

Exports require the **Reports** page and export permission in your role matrix. Staff without export rights can still use in-app views.
