## Log an inspection

Record inspection date, facility area, compliance score, issues found, corrective actions, and follow-up requirements. Use the checklist workflow when creating a new log.

## Tabs and filters

Switch between log views and filter by inspection type. Managers and Administrators can edit records; Staff typically have read access.

Print **PDF** detail sheets for survey binders or internal quality review.
