# Resident charges

> Record miscellaneous resident charges and collect payments through integrated billing.

**Resident charges** tracks one-off fees billed to residents — meals, transportation, activities, supplies, damage, medical, and other charge types.

## Add a charge

Managers and Administrators enter resident, charge type, amount, date, description, and status (**pending**, **paid**, **waived**, or **disputed**).

## Collect payment

For pending charges, use the integrated payment flow to collect via Stripe when your facility billing is configured.

## Filter and export

Filter by resident, status, or charge type. Search across descriptions. Print a **PDF** detail sheet for account records.
