# Centralized calendar

> Unified month and list views of tasks, appointments, compliance dates, and facility events.

The **Centralized calendar** aggregates dates from across ImaraCare into one month or list view.

## What appears

Depending on your permissions, the calendar may show:

* Tasks, appointments, and community events
* Incidents, visitors, and service orders
* Compliance items, inspections, and emergency drills
* Billing and other operational dates

Events are color-coded by type. Click an event to jump to the source module.

## Navigate

Move between months or switch to list view. Select a date to see everything scheduled that day. Data loads per month as you navigate.

  **Calendar** is always visible for every authenticated role. Individual event types still respect page permissions in their source modules.
