# Resources directory

> Facility reference contacts — emergency numbers, agencies, healthcare providers, and useful links.

The **Resources** directory stores facility reference information your team needs day to day.

## Categories

Organize entries as emergency contacts, healthcare, community services, government agencies, useful websites, or general references. Each entry can include title, description, phone, email, URL, and address.

## Search and filter

Search across titles and descriptions. Filter by category to find the right contact quickly.

## Who can edit

Managers and Administrators can add, edit, and delete resources. Staff can browse and search read-only.
