By default, ImaraCare ships with standard Manager and Staff page lists. Administrators can tighten or expand access per facility.

Open the matrix

Go to Settings → Role permissions (or Security / permissions tab depending on layout).

How it works

  • Each row is an app page (for example eMAR, Billing, HHSC reports)
  • Toggle pages on or off for Manager and Staff
  • Administrators always have full access — the matrix does not apply to them

After you save

Users may need to refresh or re-navigate for sidebar changes. Active sessions pick up new permissions on the next page load.

Not a substitute for training

Hiding a page does not remove legal responsibility. Train staff on what they must document regardless of UI access. See Roles and permissions for defaults.
