The Resident directory lists everyone actively placed at your facility.

Find a resident

Use search and filters to narrow by name, status, or room. Click a row to open the resident profile.

Overview	Demographics, emergency contacts, admission details, service agreement date, rep payee status
Assessments	HHSC Initial and Annual eligibility assessments (ADL + medication self-admin)
Compliance	Checklists and compliance items scoped to this resident
Care plans	Active care plans and updates
Medical	Vitals, medication history (links to eMAR)
Participation	Activity and program participation log
Documents	Uploaded files for this resident
Belongings	Inventory of personal belongings
Visitors	Visitor history
Communications	Logged communications with family and guardians
Billing / Charges	Financial account (Manager+)
Disclosures	Accounting of PHI disclosures

The Assessments tab is where you complete HHSC Initial and Annual assessments using the guided Assessment Engine. See HHSC assessments.

When adding or editing a resident, the following HHSC-relevant fields are available:

Field	Purpose
Service agreement signed date	Date the resident’s service agreement was executed
Rep payee status	Whether the facility, an external party, or nobody manages the resident’s benefits
DFPS notified date	Date DFPS was notified (recorded when assessment flags a concern)
Mobility impaired	Whether the resident has a mobility impairment (affects facility physical plant requirements)

Managers and Administrators can add residents from the directory Add resident action. Enter required identifiers and placement details.

Administrators can bulk-import residents via CSV under Settings → Data import. See Data import.

When a resident leaves, update status from the profile so reporting and capacity counts stay accurate.
