What appears

Depending on your permissions, the calendar may show:
  • Tasks, appointments, and community events
  • Incidents, visitors, and service orders
  • Compliance items, inspections, and emergency drills
  • Billing and other operational dates
Events are color-coded by type. Click an event to jump to the source module. Move between months or switch to list view. Select a date to see everything scheduled that day. Data loads per month as you navigate.
Calendar is always visible for every authenticated role. Individual event types still respect page permissions in their source modules.
