Billing overview

The Finance hub covers money collected from residents and facility bookkeeping.

Who can access

Manager and Administrator by default. Staff do not see billing unless granted access in the permission matrix.

Billing page

Open Finance → Billing to see:

• Resident billing accounts
• Recent transactions
• Payment status

Collect payments (Stripe Connect)

When your facility completes Stripe Connect setup in Settings, you can collect card payments from resident accounts through the app. Administrators must finish Connect onboarding before staff can process live payments.

Resident profile billing tab

Open a resident → Billing tab for account-specific charges and payment history.

Charges

One-off charges (supplies, outings, etc.) are managed under Finance → Charges. See resident Charges tab for individual history.

Platform subscription

Your ImaraCare software subscription is separate from resident billing. Administrators manage it under Settings → Subscription.
