Log a violation

Enter violation code, description, severity (minor through critical), due date, and corrective action plan. Link the violation to a parent Inspection when applicable and assign responsible staff.

Resolve violations

Update corrective actions and advance status from open or in progress to resolved (sets resolved date) or appealed. Critical items should appear in compliance alerts until closed.

Export violation lists or print detail PDFs for survey follow-up documentation.
