Resident charges tracks one-off fees billed to residents — meals, transportation, activities, supplies, damage, medical, and other charge types.

Add a charge

Managers and Administrators enter resident, charge type, amount, date, description, and status (pending, paid, waived, or disputed).

Collect payment

For pending charges, use the integrated payment flow to collect via Stripe when your facility billing is configured.

Filter and export

Filter by resident, status, or charge type. Search across descriptions. Print a PDF detail sheet for account records. Subscription and recurring facility billing lives under Billing overview. Resident profile Billing tabs show account-specific history.
