Service orders manage facilities maintenance — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, structural, grounds, and general repairs.

Create a work order

Enter category, priority (including emergency), location, assignee, scheduled date, estimated cost, vendor, and notes. Status flows from open through assigned and in progress to completed or cancelled.

Filter and assign

Filter by status, priority, category, or assignee. URL parameters support deep-linking to filtered views for handoffs.

Team handoffs

When an Administrator removes a user, the Team invitations handoff wizard can reassign open service orders.

Export

Generate a PDF detail sheet for vendor records or compliance documentation.
