The Dashboard is your home page after sign-in. It summarizes facility status and links to urgent work.

What you see

Depending on your role, the dashboard may include:

KPI cards — resident counts, open incidents, tasks, revenue snapshots
Compliance gauges — permit and certification health (Manager and Administrator)
Alert feed — critical compliance and operational alerts
Staff on shift — who is working today (Manager and Administrator)
Quick actions — shortcuts to common tasks

Buttons you are not permitted to use are hidden based on your role.

First-run checklist

New facilities may see an onboarding checklist until core setup steps are complete (residents added, team invited, compliance items started). Administrators drive most checklist items.

Real-time updates

Critical alerts can update while you stay on the dashboard. Use the notifications bell for a full list. See Notifications.
